Took our van in for a service, external shower install and repairs to the side of our van from damage my wife did. They did a great job and they were courteous and had no worries showing me how to work my new awning and shower. I would recommend them in a flash. Thanks Gage and Matt.

We have been back to Coastal Caravans with our Option for services and minor repairs a couple of time now, what a great company from the lady’s taking your enquires to the guy booking you in and doing the repairs highly recommended.

Got some wind out caravan window handles here pricing reasonable service great and they know what they are talking about.

Every van owner hates a leak but hey, thats part of owning a van right? I called Coastal RV on Monday to get my 17.58.3 Journey repaired and they were able to fix it that same day! They did an awesome job removing the old sealant and re-doing the joint. The workmanship is second to none 👌I also had a new awning installed whilst it was in and the installation is better than the factory install by Jayco! Awesome work allround from Coastal RV. Highly recommended two thumbs up. FYI their location is awsome for taking your van in and out of. No busy main roads or difficult entrance/exit points!

I had a warranty issue with my Jayco and found these guys who managed to fit me in very quickly (all other places, more than 3 month wait minimum, Jayco 8 months wait) upon arrival I was met by an employee, very friendly and very helpful… we quickly ran through what was wrong (hot water fault) and requested other work at my cost to be carried out, after handover I drove away expecting it to be with them for a week or so… 24hrs later the van was sorted, wow… arrived to pick up my van, everything was fully explained and the extra work I requested was way cheaper than quoted, impressed at their fantastic customer service… I have now found someone I can trust to look after my caravan… Sunshine Coast people, take your business here…

These guys are amazing! No problem to small and always willing to go the extra yard. Thanks for isolating our broken water heater whilst we wait for a new one to arrive, so we can at least get water into the caravan. Firstly, a big shout out of thanks to Ange, Matthew and the team at Coastal RV. You made the replacement of my cracked turbo vent above the bed painless and seamless. Having been disappointed with my local repairer in Rockhampton, the 5 hour drive and the customer service I received from the team was absolutely worth it.
